Services & Access
Property owners are responsible for providing clear, safe access to the service areas (including unlocking gates and securing pets). Lawn Man LLC maintains full licensing and liability insurance for all operations.
Estimates & Payments
Final service pricing for specialized lawn renovation (such as Aeration & Overseeding) is based on measured turf area and gate access. Invoicing and payment management are handled via LawnPro portal.
